Ampla Health, Inc. Annual Fund

This year, like many others, the financial challenges we are facing are substantially greater. As part of our optimistic effort to meet the health care needs of our communities, Ampla Health is requesting support from the community. Your contribution means that we can continue to provide vital health services to underserved populations.

Our communities and patients are the primary beneficiaries of contributions through:

Ampla Health 501 © 3 is part of a network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) an partially exists through the kindness and generosity of our donors. We welcome and deeply appreciate your financial support of our ongoing activities to promote quality health care to the underserved lives within our communities. There are two ways you can financially help Ampla Health accomplish its mission. You can make a donation by sending us a check.

Ampla Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization incorporated in the United States and domicile within the State of California. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Donations to the Ampla Health, Inc. Annual Fund may be designated for a specific purpose or department, or can be unrestricted, to be used wherever the need is the greatest. Ampla Health is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization providing an opportunity for interested individuals and businesses to receive tax benefits by donating to our health care programs.
