Ampla Health is committed to protecting the privacy of its patients and their guardians by prohibiting any unauthorized disclosure of protected health information.
In Compliance with Cal. Fam. Code Section 6323.5(c)(2), it is the policy of Ampla Health that, if provided with a copy of an Order restraining access to a minor’s medical records, Ampla Health shall not release information or records pertaining to the child to the restrained party. Ampla Health shall take all reasonable and necessary steps to remove access of the restrained party. This may include electronic medical records via health portals, apps or other means.
